Our support services are free and personalised to each individual.

Our service is confidential. Unless we believe there’s a risk of harm or it’s a legal requirement, we will always protect your confidentiality and not pass on your personal details or any other information that could identify you without your permission.

The continued commitment of our volunteers across England and Wales ensures that Victim Support is able to help as many victims of crime as we do. Take a look below to find out about the many ways our volunteers help victims to move forward with their lives. There is an easy application process, which means you won’t spend an age trying to get started with us. This process may include volunteers being subject to checks such as references, identification, DBS and/or police vetting.
